The Audi Q7 is undoubtedly a product by Audi, a division of the Volkswagen Auto Group. The Q7 is in its very first generation and was made available to the public as recently as 2006. It is a vehicle that is actually assembled in two different locations, the engine is assembled in Germany and the final assembly is completed in Bratislava, Slovakia. The Q7 is a full sized luxury sports utility vehicle and it is offered in a body style that possesses five doors. The engine is located in the front of the vehicle and is offered with 4 wheel drive capabilities.
Designed with the 7L Platform from Volkswagen, it houses one of three engine configurations: the 4.2 Liter V-8, the 3.0 Liter TDI V-6 or the 3.6 Liter FSI V-6 coupled with a six speed automatic transmission. Similar to other vehicles like the Porsche Cayenne and the Volkswagen Touareg, the Q7 has powerful capabilities on a variety of terrains.
