Audi, a division of the Volkswagen Group manufactures the Audi R8: a sport scar that has been manufactured since 2006. Still early on in its first generation, the R8 is offered as a two-door coupe and houses a 4.2 Liter V8 engine coupled with a six speed manual transmission or a six-speed semi automatic transmission. The body dimensions of this sleek sports car include a length of 174 inches, a width of 75 inches, and a height of 49 inches.
The original R8, also made by Audi, was a racecar which current vehicle is aptly named after and it had its first introduction at a car show in Paris. Capable of achieving 0 to 60 in 4.4 seconds, it is no stranger to speed and displays absolutely no difficulty with acceleration. The R8 has a top speed of more than 180 miles per hour.
