The Buck Lucerne was introduced for the first time as a 2006 model, but by early 2007 had already rocketed to 24% of full sized sedan sales in the United States. The car originally came in just two models: the CX and the CXL. This changed in 2007 when the Super was introduced to the line.
The addition of a spoiler to the rear of the Buick Lucerne's Super and the updated front end styling is meant to introduce a sportier and more active look to the already popular sedan, making it a car that all ages can appreciate and enjoy. The competitive price of the car as well as the entry-level luxury make this car a winner in most circles, and the excellent quality and reliability of it makes it a great buy for young and old alike. The Buick Lucerne, replacement of the Park Avenue and LeSabre, is a new winner for General Motors and for consumers too.
