When the Oldsmobile Bravada was retired in 2003, the Buick Rainier was brought out to replace her for the 2004 model year. This mid-sized SUV was the first vehicle to be classified as a truck in the Buick line, and comes with a V8 engine and the options for either rear or all-wheel drive. The SUV comes in two basic models, one of which is the basic SUV and the other of which comes more fully equipped for those who like their options.
The Rainier had a three year run, and is retiring this year for the 2008 model season. It will be replaced by the Lambda Enclave. This sleek SUV follows the tradition of quality and reliability that Buick is famous for, so hurry to your dealer before it is gone from the lots forever.
