There are cars and car models and then there is the Chevrolet Impala. This Chevrolet model holds many all time records for sales and continued popularity since it first appeared in 1958 it has been in almost constant production and desired by the buying public. The only time its popularity waned was the gas crisis that hit the United States and the world in the 1970s, because it was a big car and big cars were suddenly not very popular. With the change in the automobile buying habits of the public, Chevrolet had to change its ways and the design of the Impala. Today, it is a sleek mid sized car, which still holds its style. The modern Impala is not as popular as it once was, but then again every thing in life including cars has to change.and it still is a stylish car."
