DiamlerChrysler manufactures the Dodge Ram 1500, available in four different trims. The ST offers the least number of features in its standard configuration, and the SLT and Sport offer a few additional features. The TRX4 Off road variant sports special decals and red shocks. The ST Dodge Ram 1500 and the TRX4 Off Road Ram 1500 are quite similar in a number of areas however. Both the ST and the TRX4 have a seventeen inch wheel diameter, front independent suspensions, hard tops, and front and rear disc brakes. The ST Ram 1500 Quad Cab and the TRX4 differ mostly in size; the ground clearance on the TRX4 is higher, and the tire width is a bit bigger. Nevertheless, both models offer up the same amount of torque (although the torque rate differs by 100 rpm), horsepower and fuel efficiency. Both trims also offer up the same valvetrain configuration."
