The Jaguar XJ is Jaguar's full size sedan, and the flagship vehicle associated with the brand. While modern engineering and technology have been incorporated into the vehicle's design, the exterior appearance is little changed from its original release in 1968. This product line is available in five trim levels and two wheelbases, one short and long. A lightweight aluminum frame, powerful V8 engine, and six-speed automatic transmission offer control and maneuverability. Performance oriented versions; the XJR and Super V8, offer a more powerful engine, aggressively tuned suspension, and quick steering for those concerned with speed and control on the road. Traditional luxury features include leather upholstery and burl wood trim.
