The Saturn VUE will move into its second generation of production in 2008. Saturn will assemble the second generation of the VUE at the Ramos Arizpe plant in Mexico. The newest models are expected to have several different engine configurations including the 2.4 Liter I4, the 3.5 Liter V6, and the 3.6 Liter V6. The 2008 VUE will be coupled with either a four speed automatic transmission or a six speed automatic transmission. The body dimensions include a body length of 180 inches, a body width of 73 inches, a body height of 66 inches and a wheelbase of 106 inches.
The Vue has been in production since the year 2002. The first generation proved successful and included several different variations including a green line hybrid. The 2008 model will be presented in three trim levels: the XE the XR and the Redline levels.
