When the Suzuki Esteem/Baleno was discontinued in the United States market, the Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan wanted to introduce a wonderful car to replace it, and they created the Aerio. This compact car is full of options for the consumer, including a choice of body styles with options including a 4-door sedan or a 5-door hatchback. The car, no matter which body style you choose, comes standard with an automatic transmission but with the option of a manual transmission instead if you prefer. It also comes with the four wheel drive option to allow the consumer the maximum level of choice to meet their individual needs.
The Suzuki Aerio was powered up with a more powerful engine for the United States market in 2004, and the next year it was given an updated look for more style and consumer appeal. The Aerio is available in two models, either the standard or luxury edition.
